Honda to Build Massive $4.4 Billion EV Battery Plant in Fayette County, Ohio

Honda is partnering with the world’s largest electric vehicle battery maker, LG Energy Solutions, to build a cutting-edge electric vehicle battery plant in Fayette County, Ohio. The facility, scheduled to be up and running in 2025, will hire over 2000 well-paid tech workers. The plant will help drive US transportation towards a green-energy future.

The project is supported by significant federal and state government subsidies and will establish Ohio as one of the nation’s leading electric car manufacturing hubs.

Real estate investment firm Electric Avenue Properties, LLC, is working with local leaders to support the local infrastructure and help make the new Honda facility a success.
