Electric Avenue Properties is proud to announce that we're in talks with major national homebuilders to launch a massive green housing project to support electric vehicle manufacturing in central Ohio.

Our plan calls for constructing dozens of sustainable single-family homes and duplexes. Since workers need more than a place to live, we support the local community with children's athletic facilities and funding for vibrant local schools and libraries.
